We are ultimately in the “relationship business,” and as such, our staff continues to work to your satisfaction after the sale.  The following outlines our standard business protocols:

All shipments are insured.  All of our clients can expect delivery no more than 7-10 days  after receipt of good funds by Brighton, unless other mutually acceptable arrangements are made.  Your order will be shipped in indiscriminately marked packages. If a package becomes lost or damaged, and Brighton is notified immediately, we will replace the items or refund the purchase price (at our option).  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon inspection, we ask that you let us know within five (5) business days so that we can work toward your satisfaction. 

Payments can be made by wire transfer of funds, certified, cashiers or personal check, or credit card.  Brighton will verify funds prior to delivery, and does not recommend that you go into credit card debt or borrow funds to purchase precious metals or rare U.S. coins. 

Investing in U.S. coins and precious metals does involve risk, however small it may be.  Brighton does not guarantee the profit or performance of the items it sells.  We do believe that our advice is sound and our prices are among the most competitive in the market, which gives you the best opportunity to maximize your return on investment. 

Brighton Capital, LLC recommends that U.S. rare coin acquisitions be graded and authenticated by either the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) or the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS).  These quality-assurance agencies are the most recognized and consistent grading and authentication services available.  By securing your investment through either of these agencies, you ensure that your precious metals resist handling and environmental damage, making your encapsulated item easier to liquidate at full value.  Your Brighton Advisor can assist you in this process.
